OASIS Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-07

1. The platform

OASIS (Organization Aggregation & Sustainment Integration Suite) is a capacity-aggregation and supply-chain-visibility platform connecting manufacturing shops (SHOP), original equipment manufacturers (OEM), government buyers (GOV/CRMN), and economic development organizations (ECON). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Your data and how the network uses it

SHOP organizations connect their own systems (OEE sensors, ERP, scheduling, workforce) to OASIS. You grant OASIS the right to process that data to compute your capacity, compliance posture, and match profile, and to present derived, aggregated views of it to qualified buyers on the network. Buyers see your capabilities, live available capacity, and compliance posture; other shops never see your capacity numbers or your commercial data (see the Privacy Policy).

This includes the team skill matrix you enter during onboarding: your people, the roles they hold, a 1–3 proficiency level per role, and optional machine assignments. OASIS processes the matrix solely to compute your operator coverage — how much of your floor your team can actually staff — which feeds your live capacity score. Person-level entries are never shown to buyers or to other shops; you are responsible for having a lawful basis (e.g. employee notice) for entering your team's information.

It also includes your QMS improvement goals and quality KPIs (e.g. scrap rate, on-time delivery, first-pass yield): goals you enter manually, evidence artifacts you upload to back your results, and — where your ERP or MES exposes quality data — current KPI values OASIS reads through your existing ERP connection (KPI rollups only; never individual inspection records, non-conformance contents, or customer identities). OASIS processes this to compute a QMS trend score that feeds your network standing. The trend does not currently affect your live capacity figure.

3. Aggregated purchasing data (Buyers Group)

Where your ERP integration exposes supplier purchase totals, OASIS may collect supplier names and trailing-12-month spend totals only — never purchase orders, invoices, or line items — to build pooled, network-level purchasing power intended to obtain preferred supplier pricing for participating shops. Your individual totals are never shown to any other member; only anonymous pool aggregates (total dollars and shop counts per supplier) are visible. Participation follows your ERP integration; you may disconnect it at any time.

4. Platform fee

OASIS charges a platform fee of one percent (1%) of the awarded value of contracts won through the platform. Circumventing the platform to avoid the fee on work sourced through it is a breach of these terms.

5. Controlled information

You are responsible for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI), ITAR-controlled technical data, and classified material in accordance with law and your contracts. OASIS segregates CUI-bearing workflows (e.g. technical data packages) into appropriately authorized environments and never requests such material through commercial-cloud surfaces.

6. Accuracy and conduct

You will keep your organization's compliance records, equipment list, team skill matrix, and workforce data accurate. Misrepresenting certifications, capabilities, skill levels, or capacity is grounds for immediate suspension.

7. Availability and changes

The platform is provided as-is during the pilot period. We may update these terms; material changes re-prompt acceptance at your next sign-in.
